DOROTHEA MISSION |
An interdenominational faith mission serving in Southern Africa
Dorothea means "Gift of God".
The Dorothea Mission proclaims the Gospel of Salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ – He Who said: "The Son of man came to seek and to save what was lost." (Luke 9:10)
We believe that God called the Dorothea Mission into being for the purpose of evangelism - primarily in the urban townships, but also in the rural areas and on farms. Our call is to lead men, women and children out of darkness into a deep relationship with Jesus Christ.
Prayer is a vital part of the foundation and functioning of the Dorothea Mission. Spiritual work and prayer cannot be separated. The mission is sincerely grateful for every intercessor.
The Headquarters of the Dorothea Mission is in South Africa and at present we have branches in Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique.
